Paddocks View offers an open-plan lounge and dining area with a separate, fully equipped kitchen featuring a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge, kettle, and toaster. Ideal for families, this setup provides ample space and amenities for a comfortable stay.
Paddocks View has its own entrance and outside there is an enclosed and secure private sunny courtyard with seating for you relax and unwind with a cup of tea or glass of wine.

Being in the countryside, it is a perfect place to relax and unwind or indulge in almost any outdoor activities. The cottage is just a mile from from the stunning National Trust beaches of Crantock and Holywell bay, and 4 miles from Newquay. There are great walks from right outside the front door. Activities such as surfing, coast steering and SUP are within easy reach at the local beaches.

Paddocks View has its own entrance and outside there is a small seating area for you to enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine as you watch the sunset.

Paddocks View is dog friendly. There are lots of beautiful walks right on the doorstep. There is a small outside area but a dog would need to be supervised as it is not secure.
Many local beaches are dog friendly all year around including Crantock Bay, Holywell Bay, Polly Joke Beach and Perranporth.
Paddocks View is part of Treworgans Cottages, comprising of three properties: Bramley cottage, Jasmine cottage and Paddocks View. Bramley & Jasmine cottages accommodate three guests and are also dog friendly. Treworgans cottages can either be booked separately or as a whole and can sleep up to 11 guests.
We find that this makes Treworgans Cottages ideal for families or groups of friends. Treworgans Cottages has ample parking on site for guests.

There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away which provides a service to the local area and further afield.
If you don't want to get in the car there are lots of beautiful walks from the doorstep including a walk across the National Trust land of Cubert Common where skylarks can be spotted in the summer.
